pesawat jatuh, kapal tenggelam, kereta api tabrakan,...belum lagi kengerian oleh bencana yang ditimpakan Sang Pemilik Alam dan Segala Penghuninya ini melalui gempa bumi,tsunami...luar biasa. inilah fenomena alam yang kita anggap biasa tapi sudah kah kita berfikir kenapa semua ini terus melanda negeri ini???
insyaallah allah telah berikan jawaban dari ini semua melalui AlQur`an (TQS 42:30)
menurut saya bencana alam--kehancuran fisik--ini belumlah suatu bencana yang sangat membahayakan bagi umat manusia(kalau kita kembali kepada kewajiban manusia dan jin yang diciptakan untuk beribadah (TQS 51:56) bukan sekedar peran dan fungsi sebagai khalifah di Bumi(TQS 2: 30)). bencana yang lebih besar adalah bencana keimanan, keyakinan, ideologis,pemikiran, ruhani, mental atau yang sifatnya non materiil. itulah yang sangat dikhawatirkan oleh para foundingfather bangsa ini bahkan inilah kerisauan para Nabi dan Rasul dari Nabi Adam hingga Rasulullah SAW, Nabi dan Rasul Terakhir.

والأذكياء العقلاء أصحاب الألباب هم الذين يحولون الخسائر ..المصائب..النوازل..الأمراض..
الى أرباح...
والجاهل .. هو من يضاعف المصيبه ويزيد حجم الخسائر.

فلماذا لا أحقق ما أتمناه وقام فعلا بالحجز على أول رحلة بحريه حول العالم بعد أن اصطحب
معه الوصية والتابوت ..
كما قرر أن يأكل ويشرب كل ما يحبه طول عمره وكان محروما منه بسبب الأطباء..
تمتع في رحلته وأخيراً عاد بعد شهرين وهو معافىً صحيح وقد استعاد وظيفته وعاش
حقبة من الزمن..
لماذا تحزن ..اطرد الحزن واصنع من الليمون شرابا حلوا
وتعلم فنون تحويل الشقاء الى سعادة والخسائر الى ارباح تمتع بما عندك لو كان قليلا..

المسابقة ستقام للمرة الاولي في الشرق الاوسط وافريقيا وان الفائز من مصر سوف يتنافس مع الفائزين من البلدان الأخري ومنها النمسا، أّذربيجان،بلغاريا،كرواتيا، اليونان ، هونج كونج، رومانيا ، صربيا، تركيا، المملكة المتحدة ، وغيرها بالمسابقة الدولية التي تعقد خلال مهرجان شلتنهام للعلوم بالمملكة المتحدة البريطانية في شهر يونيو المقبل.
المطلوب من المتسابقين والذين يجب ان تتراوح اعمارهم بين 18-40 أن يقدموا عرضا لايتجاوز الثلاث دقائق عن أي موضوع علمي يتسم بالدقة العلمية والوضوح ، وللوصول الي المسابقة النهائية التي ستقام يوم 26 يناير 2010 خلال سوق الابتكار الاورومتوسطي، يجب علي المتنافسين الاشتراك باحدي الجولات التمهيدية التي سوف تعقد بالقاهرة والاسكندرية واسيوط . وسوف يتم الحكم علي المتسابقين من قبل هيئة تحكيم مكونة من شخصيات بارزة بمجال العلوم والاعلام .

Nasa finds water on moon?
Nasa's plans to put US astronauts back on the moon

A "significant amount" of frozen water has been found on the moon, Nasa, the US space agency, has said.
The findings boosted hopes of manning a permanent lunar base on the moon which had previously been thought to be uninhabitable, for further exploration to Mars.
"Yes indeed we found water and we did not find only a little bit but a significant amount," Anthony Colaprete, project scientist and principal investigator for the LCROSS mission, said on Friday.
"The discovery opens a new chapter in our understanding of the moon," Nasa said.
The data was found after Nasa sent two spacecraft crashing into the lunar surface last month in a dramatic experiment to probe Earth's nearest neighbour for water.
Successful experiment
"In the 20 to 30 metre crater we found maybe about a dozen, at least, two-gallon buckets of water," Colaprete said.
"Multiple lines of evidence show water was present in both the high angle vapour plume and the ejecta curtain created by the LCROSS Centaur impact.
"Along with the water in [the] Cabeus [crater], there are hints of other intriguing substances," he said.
"We are ecstatic".
Having an abundance of water would make it easier to set up a base camp for astronauts, supplying drinking water and a key ingredient for rocket fuel.
But an insufficient budget has meant that Nasa's plans to put US astronauts back on the moon by 2020 are increasingly in doubt.
A key review panel appointed by Barack Obama, the US president, said existing budgets are not large enough to fund a return mission before 2020.

98 Persen Penularan HIV/AIDS dari Hubungan Seks

Sebelumnya, Dinkes DKI menemukan, korban penderita HIV/AID di Jakarta, rata-rata adalah anak-anak remaja berusia 19 sampai 25 tahun
Hidayatullah.com--Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kupang, Dr. Dominggus Sarambu mengatakan, 98 persen penularan HIV/AIDS di Kota Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) berasal dari hubungan seksual.
"Kalau di Jawa penularan lebih banyak melalui jarum suntik, namun di Kupang 98 persen melalui hubungan seksual," kata Dr. Sarambu di Kupang, Senin.
Jumlah kasus HIV/AIDS di Kupang sejak 2000-2009 terus mengalami peningkatan. Total jumlah kasus HIV/AIDS di Kupang pada 2009 mencapai 184 kasus, sedangkan pada 2008 sebanyak 52 kasus.
Guna meminimalisir meningkatnya kasus HIV/AIDS di Kota Kupang, katanya, Pemerintah Kota telah menyiapkan sarana pelayanan kesehatan untuk program Ifeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) dan HIV/AIDS.
Sarana yang disiapkan, yakni puskesmas rawat jalan sebanyak 10 buah, puskesmas rawat inap sebanyak dua buah, puskesmas pembantu (pustu) sebanyak 31 unit, Rumah Sakit (RS) sebanyak tiga unit dan satu unit rumah sakit swasta.
Selain itu, Pemkot Kupang juga menyedia sarana penunjang, yakni klinik VCT sebanyak tiga klinik, klinik IMS sebanyak tiga klinik serta klinik yang disiapkan oleh Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) sebanyak dua buah, dari PKBI dan Yayasan Tanpa Batas (YTB).
"Lokasi konsentrasi untuk meminimalisir kasus HIV/AIDS, lanjutnya, yakni lokalisasi karang dempel (KD), pijat tradisional (Pitrad), karoeke dan hotel," katanya.
Kendala dalam meminimalisir penyebaran virus HIV/AIDS di Kupang, yakni kasus ini terus meningkat, penularan HIV/AIDS sangat cepat dengan wilayah penularan yang semakin luas.
Selain itu, masyarakat belum sepenuhnya mengetahui proses penularan dan HIV/AIDS dan akibatnya. "Penularan HIV/AIDS melalui seks bebas dan jarum suntik semakin meningkat," katanya.
Dia mengatakan, Pemkot telah mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan dan anggaran untuk mendukung pengurangan angka HIV/AIDS di Kupang.
Pada 2008 lalu, lanjutnya, Pemkot Kupang mengalokasikan anggaran sebesar Rp460 juta dan 2009 dialokasikan sebesar Rp400 juta bagi Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Daerah (KPAD).
"Diharapkan dana tersebut bisa mengurangi angka penderita HIV/AIDS di Kupang," katanya.
Remaja
Belum lama ini, departemen kesehatan DKI menemukan, korban penderita HIV/AID di Jakarta, rata-rata adalah anak-anak remaja berusia 19 sampai 25 tahun. Hidayatullah.com--Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kupang, Dr. Dominggus Sarambu mengatakan, 98 persen penularan HIV/AIDS di Kota Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) berasal dari hubungan seksual.
"Kalau di Jawa penularan lebih banyak melalui jarum suntik, namun di Kupang 98 persen melalui hubungan seksual," kata Dr. Sarambu di Kupang, Senin.
Jumlah kasus HIV/AIDS di Kupang sejak 2000-2009 terus mengalami peningkatan. Total jumlah kasus HIV/AIDS di Kupang pada 2009 mencapai 184 kasus, sedangkan pada 2008 sebanyak 52 kasus.
Guna meminimalisir meningkatnya kasus HIV/AIDS di Kota Kupang, katanya, Pemerintah Kota telah menyiapkan sarana pelayanan kesehatan untuk program Ifeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) dan HIV/AIDS.
Sarana yang disiapkan, yakni puskesmas rawat jalan sebanyak 10 buah, puskesmas rawat inap sebanyak dua buah, puskesmas pembantu (pustu) sebanyak 31 unit, Rumah Sakit (RS) sebanyak tiga unit dan satu unit rumah sakit swasta.
Selain itu, Pemkot Kupang juga menyedia sarana penunjang, yakni klinik VCT sebanyak tiga klinik, klinik IMS sebanyak tiga klinik serta klinik yang disiapkan oleh Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) sebanyak dua buah, dari PKBI dan Yayasan Tanpa Batas (YTB).
"Lokasi konsentrasi untuk meminimalisir kasus HIV/AIDS, lanjutnya, yakni lokalisasi karang dempel (KD), pijat tradisional (Pitrad), karoeke dan hotel," katanya.
Kendala dalam meminimalisir penyebaran virus HIV/AIDS di Kupang, yakni kasus ini terus meningkat, penularan HIV/AIDS sangat cepat dengan wilayah penularan yang semakin luas.
Selain itu, masyarakat belum sepenuhnya mengetahui proses penularan dan HIV/AIDS dan akibatnya. "Penularan HIV/AIDS melalui seks bebas dan jarum suntik semakin meningkat," katanya.
Dia mengatakan, Pemkot telah mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan dan anggaran untuk mendukung pengurangan angka HIV/AIDS di Kupang.
Pada 2008 lalu, lanjutnya, Pemkot Kupang mengalokasikan anggaran sebesar Rp460 juta dan 2009 dialokasikan sebesar Rp400 juta bagi Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Daerah (KPAD).
"Diharapkan dana tersebut bisa mengurangi angka penderita HIV/AIDS di Kupang," katanya.

Belum lama ini, departemen kesehatan DKI menemukan, korban penderita HIV/AID di Jakarta, rata-rata adalah anak-anak remaja berusia 19 sampai 25 tahun. صندوق أمريكي للتنمية التكنولوجية في الدول الاسلامية

وعد أوباما بتعزيز الاستثمارات في مجال التكنولوجيا في العالم الإسلامي
أعلن البيت الأبيض تأسيس صندوق بمئات ملايين الدولارات من أجل دعم التنمية التكنولوجية في الدول الإسلامية، يأتي ذلك تنفيذا لوعود الرئيس الأمريكي باراك اوباما في خطابه الذي القاه في القاهرة في يونيو/حزيران الماضي.
وأوضح بيان البيت الأبيض أن المؤسسة الأمريكية للاستثمار الخاص في الخارج أطلقت مبادرة تأسيس الصندوق الذي سيقدم تمويلا يتراوح ما بين 25 مليونا و150 مليون دولار لمشروعات في مجال التكنولوجيا العالمية والابتكارات.
وأكد البيان أن الصندوق الجديد سيسهل الاستثمارات في القطاع الخاص في دول آسيا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، وتم تحديد مهلة حتى نهاية نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني المقبل لتقديم أفكار المشروعات التي ستحظى بالتمويل.
وستعلن الاختيارات النهائية في يونيو/حزيران المقبل، وبحسب بيان البيت الأبيض فمن المتوقع أن تفتح المشروعات الممولة آفاقا اقتصادية وتخلق وظائف في مجالات مثل التكنولوجيا والتعليم والإعلام والاتصال وخدمات الأعمال والتكنولوجيا التي تحافظ على البيئة.
وكان الرئيس الاميركي قد طالب في الخطاب الذي وجهه إلى العالم الإسلامي بعصر جديد في العلاقات بين الولايات المتحدة والعالم الاسلامي.
وأشار إلى أن "التربية والتحديث سيكونان وجها عملة القرن الواحد والعشرين" موضحا أن عددا كبيرا من الدول الإسلامية تعاني من نقص الاستثمارات في هذين المجالين.
ووعد الرئيس الأمريكي بانشاء نظام لتشجيع التنمية التكنولوجية والاقتصادية في الدول الإسلامية في إطار السعي لفتح صفحة بين بلاده والعالم الإسلامي.
